Things to do in Seville

Seville has many things to offer besides the sun and heat in summer, and the incredible gastronomy. For that reason, we’re going to give you a list of the main places you should visit during your stay here.

 

THE CATHEDRAL OF SEVILLE

The Cathedral of Seville, is a Sevillian icon. It is the Gothic cathedral with the largest surface in the world and the third largest after St. Peter’s in the Vatican and St. Paul’s in London. You can not leave Seville without having visited it. If you go up to the Giralda you will have spectacular views of the city. General admission is € 7 and € 1.50 for students and retirees. If you’re in Seville on a Sunday, it’s free.

 

 

THE REAL ALCÁZAR DE SEVILLA

It is a palace surrounded by a wall, and is the oldest royal palace in Europe. Although, however, it stands out for its beautiful gardens, which are a high tourist spot, especially at night. In addition, the general admission is only € 9.50, and if you are a student € 2.

 

PLAZA SPAIN

ALAMILLO PARK

This park is located north of Seville and has easy parking. If you want to disconnect from the city and your routine is also perfect. The park is very well preserved and is very quiet to relax as it is not busy at all. Without a doubt, it is a highly recommended activity to do in Seville.

 

 

TRIANA BRIDGE

The truth is that it is called Puente de Isabel II, although everyone calls it Puente de Triana. Crossing it is something curious to do in Seville. Apart from being featured in many songs, it is famous because it is the oldest iron bridge that is preserved in Spain.
