Tips to become rich in Ireland:

1. Marrying the heir of Penneys.
2. Winning the lottery.
3. Finding a leprechaun.

As you may know, Penneys is everywhere, so… why not marry the heir prince or princess of this huge kingdom? Haha yeah… keep dreaming! Ireland is a republic, there are no princes or princesses.

Let’s move to our next option: winning the lottery… c’mon cop yourself on! You are more likely to find a four-leaf clover!

We better try the last and best option: leprechauns! Just make them trust you and once they have taken you to the end of the rainbow… steal their pot of gold and run away! Just kidding. It’s better if they give it to you willingly, otherwise how would you come back from the rainbow?
 

 
For those of you who don’t know what a leprechaun is, don’t worry, we are going to give you all the information you need to find one.

A leprechaun is one of the most famous mythological creatures of Ireland. They are little aged bearded men wearing green clothes and smoking a pipe. They spend their time making and mending shoes. Don’t be fooled by their appearance, they may look more or less adorable, but they are little demons, they love to play mischief when someone makes wishes. Besides, legend has it they are quite rich because they have a lot of pots plenty of gold (that’s why we recommend you to catch one).

You may not believe us, but there are female leprechauns too! We have found two in Partnership International!
 

 
Depending on the province there are different types of leprechauns. Those from Leinster love honey. The ones from Ulster are poets and healers and they wear pointed shoes. The Munster leprechauns have drinking habits. In Meath they are diplomatic and chatty, and in Connaught they are more serious and hard workers.

Now that you are experts in this subject, let’s get down to business: how to catch one! We are going to explain it step by step.

• Throw a Pokeball! If it doesn’t work…sorry, but you are not a true Pokemon trainer!
  
  
• Choose a box or a small container (for example a shoebox), and a stick to prop it up.
• Take a few shiny coins and put them under the box (leprechauns are attracted to shiny objects), and a bit of honey if you have some.
• Draw a very colourful rainbow and put it on the top of the box (if you also draw a pot your possibilities of catching one will increase).
• Wait for the leprechaun to get inside the trap and… it’s yours!
   

 
Congratulations, you intrepid hunter! Now we will tell you the important things you have to bear in mind once you have caught a leprechaun:

• Leprechauns will grant you 3 wishes, but careful! They have a razor-sharp mind and they like to play with the words. They will try to confuse you so they will end up granting wishes that you didn’t ask for.
• Lucky you! Thanks to the fairy law, leprechauns must tell you where the pot of gold is.
• Careful! You have to look him in the eye ALWAYS, if not he will break the law, and poof! disappear.
